Maple leaf ghost—supplies:

  • maple leaves
  • white paint and a brush
  • a black marker

Maple leaf ghost—instructions:

  1. Dry the leaves. If they’re very curled, place them under a stack of books for a while to flatten them out.
  2. Paint the leaves with white paint. Let them dry.
  3. Once the painted leaves have dried, draw eyes and a mouth on them. If they have curled, gently straighten them and keep them under a stack of books for a bit to flatten them again.
  4. Decorate with individual leaves or make a ghost garland by attaching them to a string.
