Decorate your home with maple leaf ghosts this Halloween. All you need are maple leaves, paint, and a marker. These simple ghosts come together quickly and are perfect for crafting with kids.
Maple leaf ghost—supplies:
- maple leaves
- white paint and a brush
- a black marker
Maple leaf ghost—instructions:
- Dry the leaves. If they’re very curled, place them under a stack of books for a while to flatten them out.
- Paint the leaves with white paint. Let them dry.
- Once the painted leaves have dried, draw eyes and a mouth on them. If they have curled, gently straighten them and keep them under a stack of books for a bit to flatten them again.
- Decorate with individual leaves or make a ghost garland by attaching them to a string.
