Make your own Epsom salt foot soak with just a few ingredients

Foot soak salt is simple to make using salt and either dried or fresh herbs and flowers. If you choose to use essential oil, remember to dilute it in a skin-friendly oil first. Then add a handful of your DIY salt mix to warm water, dip your feet in a basin, and enjoy!
