Eggs

Posca markers and/or watercolor markers
Wire
Wire cutters
String or lace
Glue gun and glue

Egg wreath—instructions:
1. Make two holes in each egg, one at each end. One hole should be slightly larger and the other smaller. To remove the contents, blow firmly into the smaller hole so the yolk and white exit through the larger hole. Let the eggs dry.

2. Sketch patterns on the eggs with a pencil and color them in with Posca or watercolor markers. Let dry.

3. Arrange the eggs in a wreath shape on the table, and cut a suitable length of wire with wire cutters. Note that a slightly longer piece of wire is easier to handle when closing the wreath.
4. Thread the eggs onto the wire one by one. If you like, use hot glue to attach them to each other so they won’t spin or shift on the wire.

5. Close the wreath by twisting the ends of the wire together, taking care not to break the eggs. Snip off the excess wire with cutters, and bend the ends flat against the wreath.

6. Tie a hanging cord at the top where the wires meet, then add a bow to finish your egg wreath.
