Craft a ruggedly beautiful wreath from driftwood
This wreath endures year after year in its natural form. It’s made from grey wood pieces washed ashore by the sea or weathered pine branches found in the forest.

Driftwood wreath: instructions
1. Cut 10–15-centimeter (4–6-inch) pieces from dried pine branches or driftwood along the shore. Branches without bark have a lovely pale hue.

2. Use a cardboard template to maintain the shape. The cardboard ring here measures 40 centimeters (16 inches) in diameter.
3. Arrange the wreath’s base, then layer the remaining branches on top. This step is often the most time-consuming.

4. Attach the branches with hot glue. Add overlapping branches for extra support if needed. Take care not to glue the cardboard ring to the wreath.
Tip!
You can achieve a more symmetrical wreath by cutting the branches to uniform lengths.
