Anu Pentik and the joy of clay: a lifetime of ceramics in Posio

Ceramic artist Anu Pentik has been shaping wonders from clay in Posio since the early 1970s. She says the best moments are when her pieces emerge perfectly fired from the kiln—so wonderful she has to shout out loud. That same joy shines through in the dog sculptures she created with two local high school students.
